Job summary

Chamberlain College of Nursing, LLC in Irving, TX seeks a Dean of Academic Affairs (Nursing) to provide academic leadership and strategic oversight for Daytime and Evening/Weekend programs. You will shape vision, ensure excellence in delivery, and drive student success while fostering a culture of care and accountability.

The Dean will oversee faculty, curricula, and operations, ensuring accreditation standards and data-informed improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required; doctoral preferred.
• Minimum five years in nursing education with three years in academic leadership.
• RN licensure in Texas or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Lead BSN academic strategy for Irving Campus and NCLEX outcomes.
• Oversee Daytime and Evening/Weekend nursing programs for quality and compliance.
• Ensure curricula meet accreditation standards and workforce needs.
• Build and develop a high-performing faculty and support team.
• Hire, onboard, evaluate, and retain faculty; ensure teaching excellence.
