Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Unencumbered nursing licensure required.
• 2+ years of nursing education at bachelor level or above.
• 2+ years in simulation and/or clinical experience development/participation.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty.
• Partner with the Dean on BSN program goals.
• Develop faculty performance and ensure teaching standards.
• Coordinate budgets and ensure accreditation compliance.
