Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty. The role partners with the Dean to execute BSN program goals, develop faculty performance, and maintain teaching standards while ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership on budgets, curriculum delivery, and program expansion to meet evolving healthcare education needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Unencumbered nursing licensure required.
• 2+ years in nursing education at the bachelor level or above.
• 2+ years in simulation/clinical experience development.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty.
• Partner with the Dean on BSN program goals and strategy.
• Develop faculty performance and teaching standards.
• Contribute to student success with data-informed decisions.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance for assigned areas.
• Lead budgeting and curriculum delivery improvements.
