Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Dealership Technology Success Consultant to drive adoption of a new online service reservation platform at assigned dealers. You will coach, train, and empower dealership teams, leading the installation process and providing post-installation support to maximize technology use.

The role requires coaching skills, comfort with technology, and a proactive, people-focused approach. Travel up to 80% is required to support dealerships across the territory.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel up to 80% including overnights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfort with new technology and software.
Customer-facing consulting mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and training sessions (virtual and in-person).
Coach and mentor dealership teams.
Build trusted relationships with dealership management.
Analyze feedback and recommend improvements to drive adoption.
Manage territory travel logistics (up to 80%) and track expenses.
Champion success by guiding measurable improvements.
