Job summary

MSX International is hiring a Connected Services Field Coach to serve as a trusted advisor for assigned dealerships, driving coaching, training, and performance improvements across connected services. You will enable teams to sell, activate, and support connected vehicle services, with hands-on coaching and data-driven insights.

You’ll collaborate with dealership leadership and client teams to optimize processes, monitor activation and sales progress, and deliver actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching or consulting, preferably with vehicle or dealer technology.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective coaching sessions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with dealership personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.
• Must travel extensively with 80% travel requirement; local travel 2-4 days a week and occasional air travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-impact coaching sessions focused on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Partner closely with dealership leadership teams to establish and optimize connected services processes within their stores.
• Train dealership personnel on effective utilization of the Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP sales opportunities.
• Lead Monthly Performance Reviews with client Zone Teams, sharing best practices and aligning goals.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual dealership visits to provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Analyze dealership performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities and recommend strategies to increase activation rates and OTP sales.
• Coach dealership teams on proven sales and customer engagement techniques.
• Collaborate with client field representatives to ensure coaching initiatives support regional objectives.
