You will partner with store management, corporate operations, and training teams to optimize CRM usage, implement action plans, and uplift every location's results while supporting a culture of service and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in variable operations, sales management and F&I.
• Experience in building and leading a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to ensure lead follow-up and sales process alignment.
• Drive metrics on customer contact, appointments, and conversions.
• Provide training on lead generation and conversations.
• Monitor CRM usage and report key performance indicators.
• Support locations not meeting minimum expectations with in-store resources.
• Foster a culture of customer service to improve retention.
