Morrie’s Onalaska Chevrolet - Onalaska, WI is seeking a Product Specialist to deliver an outstanding car‑buying experience. This full‑time role offers substantial earning potential through commissions and incentives based on performance and customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, follow up on leads, and guide vehicle selections using Morrie’s Needs Assessment, while coordinating with Sales and Finance to close deals and prepare vehicles for pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience to all customers who enter Morrie’s Onalaska Chevrolet dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie’s customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle using the Morrie’s Needs Assessment.
• Stay up to date on products, features and accessories.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to close deals and prepare vehicles for pickup.
• Ensure customers understand vehicle operation features, Morrie’s Promise, and paperwork.
• Follow up on post-purchase tasks including tag/title work.
