Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group in Chippewa Falls, WI seeks an experienced automotive manager responsible for overall store operations, staff development, budget adherence and sales leadership for new and used vehicles.

You will drive the sales process, analyze trends, hire and train staff, and partner with senior management to achieve growth and performance targets in a fast-paced dealer environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Proven track record in desking and closing deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• CDK system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations including staff development and budget management.
• Lead sales process improvements and analyze trend reports.
• Hire, train, and promote employees to support growth.
• Set vision and goals for the sales team for new/used vehicle sales.
