Morrie’s Onalaska Chevrolet is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee dealership operations, sales management, and F&I strategies in Onalaska, WI. You will align with corporate standards, drive efficiency, and improve customer-sold conversion.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in dealership operations, proven team leadership, and strong communication to influence process improvements across CDK, VinSolutions, and TruVideo.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in dealership operations, including Sales Management and F&I.
• Experience in developing and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with dealership systems CDK, VinSolutions, and TruVideo.

Responsibilities

• Work with management at the dealership level to ensure proper follow-up of customers and sales leads.
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations and Store Management to meet standards around lead handling and closing percentages; identify root causes and create action plans.
• Manage accountability and improve metrics at the store level: customer contact, appointments, sales, and follow-up.
• Assist store staff with training on lead generation and effective conversations.
• Monitor CRM usage and provide updates on key metrics as success benchmarks.
• Provide weekly in-store support and resources for locations not meeting minimum expectations.
• Drive a culture of customer service to improve customer retention.
