Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to champion customer care across our network. The role focuses on guiding customers before, during, and after visits, coordinating with managers to ensure top-tier service, and driving customer retention through follow-ups and issue resolution.

You will be the bridge from the customer to the appropriate department, handling reimbursements when needed and contributing to a streamlined, professional experience across all touchpoints.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a large-volume dealership preferred.
• Technologically adept with CRM systems.
• Professional appearance and dependable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer experience and drive the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers to prevent problems before, during and after a sale or service visit.
• Maintain a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop action plans to rectify problems and act as the bridge between the customer and the applicable department.
• Attend department meetings and share feedback as it pertains to customer experience.
• Provide back-up support to ensure customer experience is seamless and not compromised.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
