Victory Automotive Group seeks a Service Concierge to champion the customer experience across our stores. This role acts as the main liaison, coordinating with management to ensure top-tier care before, during, and after visits, and driving follow-up with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and evaluate performance metrics.

• Experience in a large-volume dealership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to facilitate satisfaction.
• Maintains strong communication with customers to prevent problems before, during, and after a sale or service visit.
• Maintains a solid follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develops action plans to rectify problems and acts as a bridge between the customer and departments.
• Attends department meetings and shares feedback related to customer experience.
• Provides back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
