Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with customers to prevent problems before, during and after visits.
• Maintains a follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
• Acts as bridge between customer and department to rectify issues.
• Attends department meetings and provides customer feedback.
• Provides back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
