The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in a large-volume dealership, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analyze customer data to improve service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and adjust interactions to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with customers before, during, and after visits.
• Schedule follow-up calls with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Bridge between customers and department leads to resolve issues.
• Attend meetings and provide feedback on customer experience.
• Provide backup support to ensure seamless service.
