Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Concierge to lead customer care across our dealership network in Ohio. The role focuses on interpreting each touchpoint from the customer perspective to promote loyalty and drive repeat business.

You will coordinate with managers to ensure top-level care, schedule follow-ups with new/used buyers and service customers, and adjust transactions to boost retention while upholding Victory's high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and evaluate performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and ensures high satisfaction.
• Maintains strong communication with customers before, during, and after a sale or service visit.
• Maintains follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develops action plans to rectify problems and bridges between customer and department.
• Attends department meetings and shares feedback on customer experience.
• Back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
