Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to elevate the customer experience at our Marietta stores. You will be the primary link between customers and management, directing issues and coordinating follow-ups to ensure top-tier service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment. Prior automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Promote and embody company vision to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analyze performance metrics.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Experience in a large-volume dealership is preferred.
• Knowledge of elead or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to facilitate high satisfaction.
• Maintains strong communication with customers to prevent problems during and after a sale/service.
• Maintains a solid follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinates between customers and departments to resolve issues.
• Attends department meetings and shares feedback on customer experience.
• Provides back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
