Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, part of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility group, is seeking a Business Execution Analyst to support MB Advantage and dealer-facing solutions. You will assist with requirements, backlog documentation, UAT, and incident resolution to ensure reliable, compliant dealer systems.

The role involves stakeholder communications, training material creation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum of overall work experience.
• 3 years Business-General experience.
• 1 year IT / software testing experience.
• Knowledge of Automotive Finance or Dealer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for MB Advantage and dealer-facing capabilities.
• Triage inquiries, reproduce issues, coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain user access and dealer setup information.
• Develop and maintain test cases; perform UAT and release validation.
• Gather business requirements and prepare backlog materials.
• Support compliance, data controls, and stakeholder communications.
• After hours system support as needed.
