Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather requirements and document functionality for software modifications or new products. You will lead projects with support from others, engaging in customer projects or internal initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating specs, coordinating with stakeholders, building workflows, and assisting QA, training, and SCR processes. Travel up to 20% and prior WMS/SCM experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or CIS; Master’s is a plus.
• Experience dealing with both customers and developers.
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional specification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software design and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with WMS, SCM and logistics applications.
• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specification documents for software products.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders to obtain approval of specifications.
• Define and simplify functional requirements with customers.
• Develop and maintain UAT plans and test workflows.
• Create detailed system workflows for each functional area.
• Maintain product level requirements and module descriptions.
• Assist QA in test planning and execution.
• Support Sales and Operations with product information.
