Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC in Atlanta seeks a high-energy Business Execution Analyst/Business Systems Analyst to support MB Advantage and dealer-facing solutions. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, testing, requirements documentation, compliance, and stakeholder training across MBUSA and dealer networks.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in business/general, IT, or finance-related roles, with strong analytical, Jira, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System Operations and User Support: Provide day-to-day support for MB Advantage and related dealer-facing capabilities. Triage user and dealer inquiries, reproduce issues, document findings, coordinate resolution with the Dealer System Specialist and ITM, and track open items through closure.
• Testing and Release Support: Develop and maintain test cases; execute user acceptance testing and post-production validation for scheduled, emergency, and defect releases; document evidence and results; log and retest defects; and expand risks, failed results, or unresolved issues to the Dealer System Specialist.
• Requirements, Backlog, and Project Support: Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and enhancement requests. Maintain Jira items and supporting documentation, analyze stakeholder feedback, and prepare materials for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project status updates.
• Data, Controls, and Compliance Support: Perform recurring system and process checks, analyze trends and exceptions, maintain procedures and control evidence, and support compliance with applicable corporate policies and requirements, including A22 and GLBA.
• Stakeholder Communications and Training: Prepare user communications, quick-reference materials, presentations, demonstrations, and training content for Dealer Services, MBUSA/OCU Financial Services Field Staff, dealers, and other users.
• Vendor and Administrative Support: Assist with vendor meetings, issue tracking, service reviews, documentation requests, Data@Cloud reviews, and information security assessment activities.
• After Hours Support: Respond to after hour system down incidents and system releases to support MB Advantage or other connected systems as needed.

Education

High School Diploma/(GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
