Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to work hybrid with dealer and commercial clients. The role focuses on building relationships, providing consultative support, and coordinating with sales teams to improve performance at the assigned market center.

The position requires strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills; travel up to 5% within the market center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Problem solving and de-escalation skills required.
• Organizational skills required.
• Experience with Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships with proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
• Partner with outside sales teams to ensure a unified approach in serving clients.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to highly complex.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues from start to finish.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsells of related services.
