Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to manage assigned commercial accounts and coordinate end-to-end activities across customer service, administration and reporting. You will build strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and support documentation and compliance.

In this on-site, day-shift role, you’ll process run lists, update accounts, and prepare reports while working cross-functionally with Operations, Title, Transportation and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, lenders and internal teams.
• Process vehicle run lists, account updates and post-sale reports.
• Verify ownership documents and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Generate and distribute operational reports to clients and management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Title, Arbitration, Transportation and Sales.
