Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America is seeking a Dealer Sales Administrator – Logistics to manage the flow of products from the sales team to dealers and customers. You will optimize logistics, coordinate shipments, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Production, and Logistics partners, with a focus on improving transportation plans and cross-border requirements for North American markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management; customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations for imported and locally manufactured products and attachments.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, Production, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Align transportation plans with production schedules and 3PL warehouse operations.
• Schedule shipments with dealers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Track inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and cross-border requirements; manage carrier relationships and cost optimization.
