Job summary

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America seeks a Dealer Sales Administrator - Logistics to oversee the flow of products from sales to dealers and customers. The role focuses on operational excellence and optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficiency and high service levels.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, optimizing freight, and developing logistics KPIs. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Experience with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations for imported and locally manufactured products and attachments.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration, Production, Sales, and other departments to coordinate logistics.
• Align transportation plans with production schedules and external 3PL warehouse operations.
• Coordinate shipments with dealers to ensure timely delivery.
• Track inbound/outbound freight, scheduling, and delivery performance.
• Handle shipping documentation and cross-border requirements with internal teams and brokers.
