Job summary

MCCU is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison between MCCU and automobile and recreational vehicle dealership partners. You will develop and maintain dealer relationships, promote indirect lending products, and support responsible loan growth while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Based in Odessa or Allen, TX, you will monitor performance, analyze trends, train dealership staff, and collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to achieve growth

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of indirect lending or related experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of RouteOne, Dealertrack, and lending compliance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with automobile and RV dealerships.
• Recruit and onboard new dealership partners and promote indirect lending.
• Analyze dealer performance, funding opportunities, and portfolio risks.
• Train dealership staff on MCCU lending programs and submission requirements.
• Monitor volume, funding activity, and documentation quality; ensure compliance.
