Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners in a local market, identify opportunities, and grow the dealer network for increased funding of customer loans.

You will lead field activities, manage relationships, and ensure program knowledge is up to date. The role offers substantial earning potential with commissions and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Automotive, Finance and Sales experience required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL beneficial.
• Significant local travel and a valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products and services to dealership management levels.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity in independent and franchise dealers.
• Develop and grow current and potential dealer partners within the dealer communities.
• Communicate with dealer partners to train on current programs and funding requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and verify documentation for Westlake Financial.
• Maintain and update sales materials and stay current on financial product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
