Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a highly motivated Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, identify new business opportunities, and grow Westlake’s program adoption across the U.S. You will manage dealer relationships, present solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced field environment.

Travel within local markets is required; strong presentation and communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree and automotive finance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and automotive/finance experience favored.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to train dealer staff.
• Willingness to travel regionally to engage dealer partners.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to dealership management.
• Develop action plans and targets for dealer accounts.
• Nurture and expand relationships with current and new dealer partners.
• Educate dealers on Westlake programs and verify documentation for financing.
