Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Deal Management professional to support pricing for strategic opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to translate offer strategy into customer-specific pricing and model deal economics to optimize profitability.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree; remote options exist within the United States with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in pricing, deal management, or commercial finance.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and modeling skills, with ability to build pricing models.
Ability to communicate complex pricing concepts to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies for RFPs and renewals.
Extract and prepare data from multiple sources to support pricing decisions.
Create financial models and analyze deal economics across scenarios.
Present pricing findings to Senior Leadership and gain deal approvals.
Communicate pricing strategies and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Understand P&L concepts and commercial processes relevant to deals.
Lead execution of price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to support opportunities.
