Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Deal Management professional to lead pricing strategies and deal economics. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Finance to translate offers into customer-specific deal strategies and performs financial modeling across scenarios.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience with a related degree and can work in a flexible hybrid environment in Columbus, OH or remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies and models.
• Extract, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources to inform pricing strategies.
• Create financial models applying pricing analytics and related financial components.
• Communicate with Senior Leadership to facilitate questions and discussions on deal models.
• Convey key pricing and rebate strategies and drive consensus.
• Grasp economic concepts, commercial processes, systems, and controls.
• Manage execution of various price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to support opportunities.
