Cardinal Health is seeking a Deal Management professional in the US with strong pricing, analytics, and financial modeling skills. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to translate offer strategies into customer-specific pricing and manage the pre-deal process, including governance and contract validations.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, a related degree, and can work in a flexible hybrid setting, with remote options for US-based applicants.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies and models for RFPs and renewals.
• Extract, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources to develop pricing strategies.
• Create financial models applying pricing analytics and other financial components for deals.
• Communicate with Senior Leadership to discuss deal models and obtain approvals.
• Explain key pricing and rebate strategies and build consensus across stakeholders.
• Grasp economic concepts (P&L, commercial processes, systems, controls).
• Manage execution of price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to support opportunities.
