Cardinal Health is seeking a Deal Management professional to own the pre-deal process, translate offer strategy into customer-specific pricing, and support deal governance with rigorous financial modeling.

You will collaborate across Sales, Operations and Finance to build pricing models, analyze deals, and present findings to Senior Leadership. Hybrid work in Ohio with remote options for the US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of deal-management or pricing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to develop pricing for RFPs and renewals.
• Extract and prepare data from multiple sources to inform pricing strategies.
• Create financial models and apply pricing analytics for deals.
• Communicate with Senior Leadership to discuss deal models and approvals.
• Explain pricing and rebate strategies and drive consensus.
• Grasp P&L concepts and commercial processes.
• Manage execution of price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses.
