Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Deal Management professional to own pricing strategies and model development for complex customer deals. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to translate offers into actionable pricing and governance, while modeling deal economics and outcomes.
The role requires 4–8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, and offers hybrid work with potential remote options within the US. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-8 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies and models for RFPs and renewals.
- Extract, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources to develop pricing strategies.
- Create financial models applying pricing analytics to deal economics.
- Present and discuss deal models with Senior Leadership to gain approval.
- Explain pricing and rebate strategies and drive consensus across stakeholders.
- Grasp economic concepts, P&L, and commercial processes and controls.
- Manage execution of price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to support opportunities.
