Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Deal Management professional to lead pricing strategy and deal economics. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to craft pricing approaches, translate offers into customer-specific deal terms, and support governance and approvals from leadership.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree and will work in a hybrid environment, optimizing profitability and ensuring strong contract terms across the US.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and models across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Extract, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources to inform pricing.
• Create financial models applying pricing analytics and related components.
• Present pricing results to Senior Leadership for deal approval.
• Communicate pricing strategies and drive consensus and be comfortable when challenged.
• Grasp economic concepts (P&L), commercial processes, systems, and controls.
• Manage execution of price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses.
