Job summary

Connection is seeking a Deal Registration Specialist to manage vendor deal registrations and coordinate with Sales, technical and vendor resources. You will train Account Managers on deal registration processes, escalate issues, and contribute to program communications.

The role requires strong customer service, solid office software skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create documents or simple spreadsheets.
• Familiar with CRM and ERP systems.
• Customer service principles and ability to assess needs and satisfaction.
• Effective written and verbal communication with external contacts.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to take initiative and handle additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vendor deal registration lifecycle with Sales and vendors.
• Coordinate pre- and post-registration activities with Sales and technical resources.
• Follow up and escalate deal registration issues with vendor partners.
• Provide deal registration training to Account Managers.
• Participate in vendor training and communicate program changes.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
