Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Deal Desk Program Manager to run a high-volume, system-driven deal desk for partner agreements in Seattle. You will process nominations, execute deals end-to-end, and manage post-signature compliance with legal, finance, and field partners.

This role emphasizes automation, CPQ improvements, and workflow improvements to speed throughput. You will own data integrity, build automated scripts, and deliver operational metrics while coordinating across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in business agreements development, negotiation and execution.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across groups.
• Ability to build financial/operational reports using Excel, Python, SQL or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Operate the deal desk at scale: process nominations through qualification, approval, execution, and documentation workflows.
• Triage edge cases and route exceptions to senior leadership when needed.
• Own post-signature operations: compliance tracking and lifecycle management.
• Build automations across the deal cycle: scripts, CPQ improvements, and integrations.
• Maintain data integrity and produce operational metrics on deal volume and funnel health.
• Coordinate across legal, finance, field teams, and BD leads on deal questions.
• Surface patterns from deal execution to inform workflow refinement.
