Job summary

Park Place Dealerships is seeking a Title Specialist to ensure an extraordinary client experience by processing titles and registrations and maintaining data integrity. You will verify data, complete state forms, and manage title transfers for both new and pre-owned vehicles while coordinating with the RTS software system.

The role includes handling tax and fee disbursements, preparing registration envelopes, and keeping meticulous follow-up on all titles.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to the state
• Processes new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software system
• Processes pre-owned vehicle title transfers
• Prepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopes
• Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
• Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
• Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller
• Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
• Attends weekly department meetings
