Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operationally focused transactions across multiple industries. You will assist in developing strategies and managing project workstreams for pre-deal and post-deal activities.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, client interaction, and the ability to travel as required. A degree in business or related fields is required, with MBA preferred and prior management consulting experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis aptitude.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to new challenges, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects across sectors within EY-Parthenon Deal Management.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Contribute to pre-deal planning (operational and carve-out) and post-deal integration planning.
• Build commercial mindset and maintain client service excellence.
