Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Consultant in Deal Management to support operational projects across multiple sectors and help execute value-focused strategies for transactions. You will work with client teams to develop pre-deal and post-deal plans, with exposure to integration and carve-out activities.

The role requires a business-related degree and consulting experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills and ability to develop relationships.
