Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operational projects across multiple sectors. You will assist in developing and executing transaction strategies, including pre-deal and post-deal activities such as integration planning, with a commercial mindset.

You will build client relationships, translate data into insights, and collaborate with cross-functional EY-Parthenon teams while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, CS, or analytics required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 2 years of related work experience; management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and travel as needed.
