Job summary

EY-Parthenon is hiring a Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operational projects across diverse sectors. You will help develop and implement transaction strategies in close collaboration with client service teams, covering pre-deal and post-deal activities and ensuring smooth integration planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities.
• Ability to prioritize projects and adapt to new challenges.
