Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operationally focused projects across sectors. You will assist with pre-deal and post-deal engagements, develop strategies, and contribute to value-creation initiatives.

A strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with client teams are essential for success. Travel may be required beyond your office location, and commuting distance to a designated EY office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• reside in or travel to the office location, commuting distance required.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
