Job summary

EY-Parthenon is recruiting a Consultant in Deal Management in the United States. You will support and execute operational projects across diverse sectors, helping to develop and implement strategies for transactions.

The role spans pre-deal and post-deal engagements, requiring a commercial mindset and ability to work with client service teams. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in business or STEM, plus 2 years in related work, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to develop relationships.
• You must reside in or be commutable to your office location.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects across sectors.

• Gain exposure to pre-deal (planning) and post-deal (integration) engagements.
