EY-Parthenon is seeking a Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operational projects across sectors, assisting our client service team with transaction strategies.

You will gain experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, developing a commercial mindset and strong relationships, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS or Analytics with 2 years related experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
