Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect in the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY’s most strategic opportunities. You will guide teams in developing business cases and executing competitive pricing strategies that maximize margins and differentiate EY’s offer.

You will collaborate across pursuit teams, provide client-facing financial materials, and support negotiation prep within a global, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and metrics.
• Proven track record designing and structuring deals with multiple pricing strategies.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness.
• Assess price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to strengthen solution differentiation and client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers and EY risk/return.
• Translate complex commercial considerations into clear narratives for executives.
