Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services or pricing and commercials.
• Proven ability to design, model, and structure deals across consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to win more deals.
• Assess price points against market benchmarks, client value drivers, and competitors.
• Use competitive intelligence to strengthen differentiation and client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk profile.
• Govern governance processes by translating complex considerations into executive narratives.
• Contribute to client-facing financial and commercial materials and support negotiations.
