Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's strategic opportunities. You will guide teams in developing a compelling business case, design pricing methodologies, and negotiate structures to maximize margins and minimize risk.

You will support pursuit teams across five core areas: offer design, pricing, solution differentiation, commercial structures, and governance, engaging stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercial roles or strategy consulting
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and related metrics
• Proven track record designing, modelling and structuring deals with various pricing strategies
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, executive presence and influencing skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments
• Experience using generative AI tools as thought partners for research and decision support

Responsibilities

• Position: Help develop, test, and refine the offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness and win probability
• Price: Assess EYs proposed price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers
• Solution: Use competitive intelligence to challenge the solution design and improve client value
• Commercial Structures: Design structures aligned to client value while ensuring EY profitability
• Governance: Drive opportunities through EY governance framework and craft compelling narratives for executives
