Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY’s most strategic opportunities. You will shape, negotiate, and close new business by integrating competitive intelligence, client needs, EY cost to serve, and pricing methodologies.

You will guide teams in developing a compelling business case, establish EY cost to serve, maximize margins, mitigate risks, and articulate differentiated value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing, strategy, or related consulting.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and metrics.
• Proven track record designing and structuring deals across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, executive presence and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using generative AI tools as decision-support partners.
• A University / Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine the offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness and win probability.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Challenge solution design to strengthen differentiation and client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk.
• Translate complex commercial, financial, and risk considerations into a compelling narrative for executives.
