Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY’s top opportunities. You will shape pricing models, competitive positioning, and client value narratives while guiding cross-functional teams through governance and negotiation processes.

The role emphasizes advanced financial modelling, market intelligence, and collaborative leadership in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing or strategy consulting
Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and metrics
Proven track record designing and structuring deals using various pricing strategies
Strong pursuit management, relationship management, executive presence and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving and complex pursuit environments
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to travel
Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Responsibilities

Develop, test and refine offer design, pricing approach and commercial strategy
Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers
Use competitive intelligence to challenge solution design and improve differentiation
Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers while ensuring EY returns
Translate complex commercial, financial and risk considerations into a narrative for executives
Contribute to client-facing financial and commercial materials and support negotiations
