Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY’s most strategic opportunities. You will guide teams to develop a competitive business case and design pricing strategies that maximize margins while mitigating risk.

You will shape client opportunities by integrating competitive intelligence, client requirements, EY cost-to-serve estimates, pricing methodologies, and negotiation strategies.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in professional services, pricing and commercials.
• Expert in financial modelling, budgeting and metrics.
• Experience designing deals with diverse pricing strategies across consulting/manages services.
• Strong pursuit and relationship management with executive presence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop offer design, pricing approach and commercial strategy.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to differentiate the solution design and improve client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers and EY risk.
• Translate complex commercial considerations into a clear narrative for executive stakeholders.
