Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect in the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY’s most strategic opportunities. You will shape and negotiate opportunities by integrating client needs, internal cost-to-serve estimates, pricing models, and negotiation tactics.

You’ll guide teams in developing a compelling business case, maximize margins, and articulate differentiated value across EY’s offer.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, solution architecture or commercial and contract management.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and associated metrics.
• Proven track record designing, modelling and structuring deals with various pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness and win probability.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to strengthen solution design and improve client value.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers while ensuring EY’s risk-adjusted returns.
• Translate complex commercial and financial considerations into a compelling narrative for executives.
