Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect to lead the financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for our most strategic opportunities. You will guide pursuit teams in designing offers, pricing, and governance to maximize margins and win rates.

You will collaborate across EY’s Markets and Business Development function, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and decision support, while ensuring client value and risk control.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services, pricing and commercials or strategy consulting.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and related metrics.
• Experience designing deals with various pricing strategies across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit management and relationship skills; executive presence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving pitches and complex pursuits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use AI tools as thought partners to accelerate analysis and decision support.
• Bachelor’s degree as minimum requirement.
