EY is seeking a Deal Architect to lead the financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for its most strategic opportunities. You will guide teams in developing compelling business cases and competitive pricing strategies, aligning EY costs to serve with client value and margins.

We value experience in pricing, deal structuring, and pursuit management, plus strong leadership, communication, and comfort with AI tools to accelerate research and decision support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and metrics.
• Proven track record designing, modelling and structuring deals and commercial structures.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, executive presence, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; proficient with generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's strategic opportunities.
• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness.
• Assess proposed price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value drivers while ensuring EY's risk-adjusted returns.
• Translate complex considerations into compelling narratives for executives and stakeholders.
